We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of overseeing restaurant operations within a high-end dining environment.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, including staffing, customer service, financial management and general operations. The successful candidate will be able to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff and ensure that procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in budgeting and inventory control. They must be well-organized, flexible and attentive to detail. This position requires excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. The successful candidate should also be knowledgeable about food trends and able to motivate their team to achieve high standards of service.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED/month for this position, with additional benefits such as performance bonuses available.
