Office Administrator Required In Dubai

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office administrator to join our team. The office administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

  2. Reception: Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  3. Record Keeping: Maintain and update office records, including employee data, client information, and other important documents. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records.

  4. Office Maintenance: Oversee office maintenance activities, including coordinating repairs, ordering supplies, and ensuring the office environment is clean and organized.

  5. Communication: Facilitate communication within the office and with external partners. Distribute internal memos, emails, and announcements as needed.

  6. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees as required.

  7. Financial Tasks: Assist in basic financial tasks such as managing petty cash, processing invoices, and maintaining expense reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
