The ideal candidate should have:

-At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Python
-Experience developing web applications, APIs, or other software solutions
-Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
-Knowledge of databases and database design principles
-Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
