We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and motivated to deliver excellent sales results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful sales strategy across all channels, while managing a team of sales professionals.

The primary duties of the Sales Manager include setting sales objectives, developing a detailed plan to achieve these goals, and managing the daily operations of the sales team. You must also be able to identify potential new customers and devise strategies to increase their market share. Additionally, you should have experience in making presentations, negotiating deals, and creating promotional campaigns.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical abilities. You must be confident in your ability to use data analysis tools to identify opportunities and create effective strategies. You should also have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate your team and ensure they are performing at their best.
