We are searching for a professional Cabin Crew to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and ensure the safety of our passengers during flights. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month.

The successful candidate will be provided with the following benefits: health insurance, working visa, free meals while on duty, flight tickets at a discounted rate, and paid annual leave in accordance with the Kuwait Labour Law.

To succeed in this role, you should have an outstanding sense of customer service, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), fluency in English as well as Arabic (preferred but not mandatory), understanding of safety protocols related to aviation industry and the ability to work flexibly in shifts. Previous experience as Cabin Crew with other airlines is preferred but not essential.

As a Cabin Crew you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customers have an enjoyable experience whilst travelling with us. You will also be responsible for safeguarding passengers’ safety by ensuring that all safety protocols are followed correctly; carrying out emergency procedures when necessary; attending pre-flight briefings; providing assistance during boarding and disembarkation; serving refreshments; assisting passengers with special needs; reporting any security issues to the captain or security personnel; maintaining order onboard during flights; resolving conflicts between passengers; checking passports/visas/tickets etc.; selling duty-free items onboard; helping customers find their way around the airport terminal etc.
