Job Responsibilities
• Manage the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making offers, and onboarding new hires;

• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on how to improve productivity;
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

Qualifications
