Job Duties:
• Perform comprehensive eye exams including refractions and contact lens fittings
• Diagnose eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration
• Determine the necessary treatments to improve vision health
• Educate patients on proper eye care and safety techniques
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or Ophthalmology from an accredited university • Minimum two years of experience as an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist • Valid license to practice optometry in Qatar • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of current optometric technology
