Instrument Technician
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is responsible for the installation, repair, calibration and maintenance of instrumentation equipment. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of instrumentation technology, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair instrumentation systems such as flow meters, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc.
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy according to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronics and mechanical systems.
• Read blueprints and schematics to interpret system design parameters.
• Perform regular maintenance on instrumentation systems as needed.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for equipment in order to minimize downtime.
• Make recommendations for improvements to existing systems or components.
• Follow safety protocols when working with potentially hazardous materials or dangerous situations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in electronics technology preferred.
• No experience required; however experience in a related field is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation technology, electrical circuits, mechanical components, etc. required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics preferred but not required .
Salary: 1700 kwd/monthly (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
