Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license and at least two years of experience operating heavy equipment. We are offering a salary of 1400 and ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety protocols
• A valid driver's license
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong physical endurance and ability to lift heavy items
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work extended hours or different shifts when necessary
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, graders, loaders, and other related machinery safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all safety protocols while operating machinery on the job site
• Perform regular maintenance checks on machines before use
• Monitor the performance of machinery throughout the shift
• Communicate with supervisors when something is not working properly or needs repair • Fill out reports detailing any issues that arise on the job site
