Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operating industrial machinery, maintain a safe and organized working environment, and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards. This position offers an attractive salary of 1300 with the possibility of extra benefits for the right candidate.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of prior experience as a Machine Operator
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to lift heavy weights (up to 50 kgs)
• Ability to work long hours in a safe manner
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Job Responsibilities:
• Understand and follow all health & safety regulations when operating machinery.
• Monitor production machines and adjust speed or other controls when necessary.
• Maintain machine logs, inspect parts for defects, and perform minor maintenance on machines as needed.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, making adjustments as needed.
• Complete daily reports outlining work performed during shift.
