Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that the coffee shop is kept clean and organized. We offer competitive pay of 1400 AED per month with the potential for additional bonuses. We welcome applications from immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, juices etc., according to customer orders
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Follow all safety regulations while operating equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and politely answering any questions customers may have
• Process payments accurately using cash registers or other payment systems
• Replenish supplies such as cups, lids, syrups etc., when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items including ingredients and prices
• Perform opening/closing duties such as checking stock levels or cleaning work areas

Requirements:
• Previous Barista experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal communication skills in English
• Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
