Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: 1600 AED
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. They will be responsible for planning and implementing project activities, monitoring progress against milestones, and coordinating resources to ensure successful delivery of the project.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the field of project management. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. We are also open to considering applications from foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the agreed upon requirements
• Establish clear timelines for each phase of the project and ensure that deadlines are met
• Track progress against milestones and communicate with stakeholders regularly to keep them informed about progress
• Develop detailed plans for each phase of the project including resource requirements, cost estimates, timelines etc.
• Monitor expenses against budget and take corrective action as necessary
• Manage changes in scope or resources as needed throughout the project life cycle
• Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations) as well as external stakeholders (e.g., vendors) to ensure successful delivery of the project

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering or business administration
• At least 3 years of experience working in a leadership role on complex projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management techniques such as Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
