Position: Pastry Chef

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1700 AED per month (negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unique and delicious desserts and pastries in accordance with our menu. You must be able to work independently, as well as take instructions from the Head Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Create new desserts and pastries to add to the menu.

• Prepare all desserts according to company standards, recipes, and specifications.

• Maintain a clean work area at all times.

• Monitor food stocks and place orders when necessary.

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the kitchen at all times.

• Monitor portion sizes of desserts and pastries.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker in a professional kitchen environment.

• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and presentation styles.

• Excellent attention to detail when preparing desserts and pastries according to recipes.

• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs (weekend/holiday shifts may be required).
