Job Title: Land Surveyor

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Land Surveyor to join our team in Khalifah A City. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports. He/she will also be responsible for collaborating with clients and other professionals throughout the survey process. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, a strong knowledge of surveying techniques, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare survey plans and documents according to applicable regulations and standards
• Determine precise measurements of points, lines, angles, contours, areas, and volumes using specialized instruments
• Interpret aerial photograph maps and use GPS technology
• Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries
• Collaborate with clients to discuss project plans and requirements
• Keep accurate records of survey results for future reference
• Prepare draft reports containing survey results and recommendations
• Ensure all surveys are conducted in accordance with safety regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor preferred
• Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
• Proficient in using AutoCAD software for drafting purposes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
