Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field
• Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service practices
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the company in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure that safety regulations are followed at all times
• Maintain up-to-date records of employee attendance and leave requests
• Investigate any complaints or discrepancies that arise during operations
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency
