Job Title: Office Assistant (Contract, No Experience Required) - Zayed City, UAE

We are seeking an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Zayed City, UAE. This is a contract position that does not require any prior experience and is open to all nationalities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team in order to ensure efficient operations. This includes answering phones, managing mail and emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. Additionally, the Office Assistant will work with the team to ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, multitasking skills are essential in order to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful applicant should also be proficient with office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred but not required.
