Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a great work ethic. He/she should be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly.
The primary responsibility of the Office Manager is to ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. This includes welcoming visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing internal processes, liaising with facility management vendors and other administrative duties. The office manager will also provide support to staff members in terms of their requests and inquiries. In addition, they will be responsible for setting up meetings, taking minutes during meetings and ensuring that deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in a similar position and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of other software programs is an advantage. He/she must possess excellent interpersonal skills as they will be required to interact with clients on a daily basis. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a positive working attitude.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100 AED per month for this position. We are open to considering immigrants who meet our requirements for this role.
