We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at an exciting and innovative business in Abu-Dhabi. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities of the staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures. This includes training new staff, providing guidance, making sure tasks are completed in a timely manner and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for motivating your team and ensuring that they remain productive.

To be eligible for this position you should have minimal work experience in a supervisory role and possess excellent leadership skills. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage people in a positive way.
