Job Description:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. Your job duties will include monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, supervising staff, training employees on safety protocols, resolving customer complaints, and monitoring inventory levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing feedback on performance, leading team meetings and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role or supervisory position
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent English language skills
