We are recruiting for a HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Human Resources.

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management within the organisation including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement activities and career development initiatives. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are maintained and up-to-date and you will provide guidance on any employee relations matters that arise. Your role will also involve working with recruitment agencies when needed to source new talent for the organisation as well as managing the onboarding process for new employees.

The successful candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role as well as a degree in Human Resources or related field. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. Knowledge of UAE labour laws is essential along with proven experience of using HR systems such as payroll software or applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience of working with multi-cultural teams would be beneficial but not essential.
