Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1500 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, orientation and training of all employees. He/she will also manage the payroll, employee relations and performance management processes.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of local labor laws. He/she should have experience in recruiting, interviewing and assessing candidates. The candidate must also be able to handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing job postings and managing recruitment process for all positions;
• Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates;
• Managing employee onboarding activities;
• Establishing performance objectives and creating evaluation forms;
• Negotiating salary packages and other benefits;
• Administering payroll systems;
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations;
• Developing policies related to employee welfare, safety, health and discipline;
• Resolving workplace issues between management & employees.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred; • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English language; • Knowledge of local labor laws & regulations is a must; • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
