Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 per month

We are looking for a professional Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, including hiring, training and motivating staff, executing promotions and marketing campaigns, ensuring top-notch customer service, and meeting financial objectives. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and drive sales growth
• Monitor the daily performance of staff and take appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety regulations within the restaurant
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products according to quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role required
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
