Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including staff, menu selection, inventory control and customer service. The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Supervise the preparation of meals to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations
• Develop strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Train, motivate, monitor and evaluate staff performance
• Oversee cash management procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in restaurant management or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating staff to excel in their roles
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is an asset

Salary: 1500 AED per month
