Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a corporate setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding) for all open positions within the organization. This includes developing job postings; managing job boards; conducting phone screens; interviewing candidates; tracking applicants through the recruitment process; extending offers and negotiating salary packages. The Recruiter must have a passion for finding the best talent for our organization. Responsibilities also include developing relationships with external sources such as universities, social media sites, etc., to attract quality candidates and fill open positions with qualified professionals in a timely manner.
