Job Duties:
• Analyzing customer needs and develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements
• Designing, constructing, supervising, testing, and modifying new products or systems according to customer specifications
• Developing CAD models of proposed solutions and test them against customer requirements with integrity analyses
• Evaluating existing systems performance and recommend improvements as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited school or program
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering design or product development roles
• Good understanding of CAD software and other design tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
