Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and monitoring sales performance.

You will be required to understand the current market trends and anticipate future customer needs. You must also have excellent organizational skills, good communication skills, and be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales management, preferably within the same industry. Experience with handling international accounts is also a plus. We are willing to consider an experienced foreigner with no experience in this field.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Building strong customer relationships with existing clients
• Generating new leads through research and networking activities
• Monitoring competitors’ activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets
• Creating reports on sales performance and providing insights on potential areas of improvement

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in sales management or related role in the same industry desirable
• Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market research • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel when necessary
