Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all construction projects from start to finish, including assessing project requirements, creating project plans, coordinating with the team and other contractors, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think outside of the box, and have good communication skills. They should also have a strong understanding of construction principles and techniques. While prior experience in the sector is preferred, we are also willing to consider candidates without prior experience but who demonstrate a strong interest in the field.

The successful applicant’s duties will include but not be limited to: preparing detailed cost estimates for projects; planning work schedules; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; providing technical advice on construction sites; monitoring progress on the site; and working with other contractors to ensure successful completion of projects. He or she may also be required to attend meetings with government officials as needed.
