Job Description:

We are looking for a Surveyor who will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for surveying activities in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who can accurately measure land boundaries, collect data, interpret topographical maps, and analyze land features. The Surveyor should have excellent problem solving skills and be able to clearly communicate with stakeholders in the government sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Surveyor will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to: performing field surveys to measure boundaries; preparing sketches, diagrams, maps and reports; maintaining accurate records; utilizing survey instruments like total stations and GPS systems; interpreting aerial photographs; directing the work of survey personnel; conducting research on legal descriptions of properties; collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals on projects related to land development.

Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field. Previous experience in land surveying is preferred but we are willing to consider applicants with no experience. The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication abilities. Additionally, the candidate should have a good working knowledge of modern surveying technologies such as GIS software, total stations, GPS systems, etc., in order to perform their duties efficiently.
