CNC Operator Vacancy in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts.

Job Description:
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine the correct setup and operation of the CNC machines
• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, turning, etc.
• Check parts with measuring devices such as calipers, height gauges, etc. before and after each production run
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Adjust machine feed rate and speed when necessary during the production process
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions or errors using problem solving skills

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience working with CNC machines in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of computer numerical control (CNC) programming and machining processes including lathe and mill operations
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
• Ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions or errors as needed
