Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Room Attendant to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are clean and tidy, as well as providing excellent customer service. We are offering a salary of 1700 and we are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Room Attendant will be expected to perform the following duties: Cleaning guest rooms including vacuuming, dusting, making beds, changing linens and replenishing towels; responding to guests’ requests in a timely manner; restocking amenities; cleaning public areas such as lobbies, corridors and stairwells; adhering to safety protocols; and reporting maintenance issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. They must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility with regard to shifts is essential, as is excellent customer service skills. Applicants must also possess strong organizational skills and be reliable and punctual.
