Job Summary

We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Travel Agent with us, you will be responsible for providing customers with advice on their travel plans. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by helping customers find the best deals on airfare, hotels, car rentals, and various other travel packages. You should also have a complete understanding of current travel regulations and restrictions. This position offers a salary of 1000 and is open to foreigners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers to find the best deals for their travel plans
• Arrange domestic and international flights as well as ground transportation
• Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout their journey
• Offer advice on travel regulations and restrictions
• Maintain updated records of customer profiles
• Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the course of their journey

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field preferred but not required

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of global geography
• Proficient computer skills including use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
