Job Title: Sales Manager
Salary: 1400 QR per month
Location: Doha, Qatar
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the delivery of a wide range of services and products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a sales force and must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as a strong understanding of customer service excellence.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years' experience in sales management or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop strategies for success
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales team towards achieving revenue goals by developing plans, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and guidance.
• Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction with products/services.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team by overseeing customer enquiries, order management, product training/support, etc.
• Monitor the market competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products/services etc.
• Review personnel performance on an ongoing basis; provide feedback, coaching & training when needed.
