Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering excellent customer service in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all team members are properly trained, motivated and well informed. They will also be expected to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained throughout the store and that all tasks are completed according to agreed standards.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of industry experience in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of retail operations including inventory management and budgeting is essential. We require a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and excellent communication skills. An understanding of local language would be beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate must also have a valid work permit for Doha or be eligible for an immigrant visa if needed.
