Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh and work on a variety of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, compiling data, and creating reports that accurately reflect the results of their research. The salary for this position is 1800 per month. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting data, and creating reports based on their findings. They will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy of all survey data by researching and verifying sources. Additionally, they must ensure the delivery of accurate survey plans by analyzing all relevant legal documents and codes prior to survey completion. This position also entails planning and coordinating surveying activities with other departments within the company in order to ensure efficiency in service delivery.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Surveyor or a related field is required for this role. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills as they will often need to liaise with clients or other departments within the organization. They must also have excellent problem-solving skills so as to ensure accuracy of all survey results and plans prior to submission to clients or other departments within the organization. Lastly, they must possess strong organizational skills as well as computer literacy such as knowledge in AutoCAD software programs and GIS software programs.
