We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. Our restaurant provides an excellent dining experience and is well-known in the area for its delicious cuisine and warm hospitality.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the restaurant’s operational strategy. This includes managing the budget, overseeing food preparation, scheduling staff, ensuring health and safety standards are met, as well as motivating employees to provide superior customer service. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of quality in all areas of operations. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth operation in all areas of the restaurant.

Qualifications and experience:
• Proven experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar position
• Knowledge of restaurant operations management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to plan ahead & anticipate needs of guests/customers
• Immigrant status is welcome but not necessary for this role.
