Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, training and performance management
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and prepare reports to management
- Develop promotional materials and activities to increase customer loyalty
- Manage budgets and financial plans accordingly
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Knowledge of local regulations related to food safety and health codes
- Ability to lead teams effectively with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven track record in increasing profitability in a restaurant setting
