In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing inventory and supplies, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and making changes to improve customer satisfaction.
