We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the restaurant staff, and ensuring that all regulations are met.

The ideal candidate must have:
• A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field;
• At least 7 years of experience as a restaurant manager;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Great attention to detail;
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff performance, customer service, ordering supplies, overseeing cleaning, etc.;
• Developing menus and customer service standards;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
• Maximizing profits by controlling costs and increasing sales;
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions;
• Coordinating with suppliers for ordering food items and other supplies.
