We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait! Our restaurant offers exquisite Middle Eastern cuisine, and we are looking for someone with a passion for cooking to join our team.

The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily operations and ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, creating menus, training staff, managing supplies and inventory, and ensuring that all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and organized.

To be successful in this role you must have experience working in a professional kitchen, excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities, creativity in recipe development and menu design, knowledge of food safety standards, and an understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine. We strongly prefer candidates who have a degree or certificate from a culinary school.
