We are looking for a highly motivated HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time post with a salary of 1600. We are willing to consider an immigrant and no prior work experience is required.

The role of the HR Manager will be to manage and oversee the Human Resources operations of the company. This will include recruitment, planning, staffing, training and development, administering payroll and benefits, maintaining employee records, addressing employee issues and grievances, developing policies and procedures related to the HR department, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, conducting performance reviews and managing employee relations. The role also includes providing advice on employee matters such as job design, discipline and absence management.

The successful candidate must be passionate about human resources management with excellent communication skills. They should have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate must have a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices as well as an ability to keep up with changing legislation in this area. They must also possess excellent organizational skills along with strong leadership skills to motivate employees while keeping up morale within the team. A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management would be beneficial although not essential for this role.
