Merchandiser (Temporary, with Accommodation) – Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.

The successful candidate should be an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational and communication skills, and can demonstrate an understanding of merchandising principles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales
• Creating effective product displays
• Identifying customer needs and adapting product offerings accordingly
• Assessing the inventory levels of products on shelves to ensure adequate stock at all times
• Investigating customer complaints regarding merchandise availability or price discrepancies
• Analyzing sales data to determine the effectiveness of merchandising strategies
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of products
• Collaborating closely with other departments such as marketing or design to ensure coordination in promotional activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field preferred but not required
• Previous experience working in merchandising is highly desirable
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial

Nationality: Pakistani nationals are highly preferred but any nationality will be considered. English language proficiency is not required for this position.
