Barista job vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Doha.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. They should be knowledgeable in coffee preparation, be able to make recommendations for specialty drinks, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Prepare all hot and cold drinks items according to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Monitor the quality of beverages being served
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Follow health and safety standards
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management
• Cash handling responsibilities

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a barista or similar role (minimum 1 year)
• Familiarity with food safety regulations is an asset
• Knowledgeable in coffee preparation techniques (espresso-based beverages)
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication skills with customers
