Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing enriching educational experiences to students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging lesson plans and materials that are aligned with the curriculum
• Facilitate interactive learning activities that promote critical thinking and student participation
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction as needed to ensure learning objectives are met
• Implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the individual needs of students
• Evaluate student performance using a variety of assessment tools and techniques
• Collaborate with other educators to develop innovative instructional techniques and approaches
• Incorporate technology into the classroom environment when appropriate
• Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote student success

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Previous teaching experience preferred but not required; we are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience • Knowledge of curriculum standards and best practices in education • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to motivate students from diverse backgrounds • Knowledge of current technologies used in the classroom • Flexibility in adjusting to changing circumstances or instructional methods • Ability to work collaboratively with other educators
