Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for assisting the engineering team in developing, testing, and producing mechanical solutions for a wide variety of projects. The successful candidate will also work with the engineering team to develop new products and assist in troubleshooting and problem solving. The role requires a creative thinker who is able to use their expertise to come up with innovative solutions to mechanical problems.

Duties
In this role, the Mechanical Engineer will be expected to:
- Design and develop new mechanical components or assemblies using CAD software
- Test prototypes for accuracy and performance
- Troubleshoot problems related to mechanical components or assemblies
- Work with other engineers to develop new products or processes
- Analyze data from tests to help inform decisions about design changes or improvements
- Write reports on test results and feasibility studies of potential projects
- Assess safety protocols of equipment used in manufacturing processes

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience working in a similar position. They must also have strong problem solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A working knowledge of CAD software is essential, while experience with CNC programming is desirable but not essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess good interpersonal skills.
