Job Description:
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for collecting data related to land surveys by using various methods such as boundary surveys, soil surveys, hydrographic surveys, aerial photography, and GPS. The surveyor will be responsible for preparing accurate maps for various projects including construction sites, roads, pipelines, boundary disputes, etc. Additionally the surveyor will be required to inspect equipment used during the survey process; maintain records of all activities related to surveying; collaborate with other departments within the company; analyze data collected from the survey process; prepare reports and presentations as needed; ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while on site.
