Land Surveyor - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in land surveying, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The main duties of this position include:

• Conducting surveys of land parcels using GPS, GIS, AutoCAD, and other related software;
• Analyzing survey data and preparing reports;
• Preparing legal documents such as deeds, boundary maps, easements, and property line descriptions;
• Identifying discrepancies between topographical maps and the actual conditions of the land;
• Updating existing records with new survey results;
• Making recommendations for surveying projects based on budget constraints.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills along with strong problem-solving abilities. A degree in geomatics or civil engineering is preferred.
