We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a competitive salary of 900 KD/month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to preparing documents and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, managing calendars and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
