Surveyor (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveys of engineering projects, including topographical, geodetic, hydrographic, and cadastral surveys.

Responsibilities:
• Establish survey control points and investigate land boundaries.
• Use surveying instruments such as theodolites, total stations, GPS receivers, and EDM’s to measure angles and distances accurately.
• Determine horizontal and vertical alignments of structures such as roads and pipelines.
• Use AutoCAD software for data entry, calculation of results, plotting plans or sections, preparation of drawings and reports.
• Prepare sketches or notes from field data to be used in producing maps or other drawings.
• Carry out land registration surveys with the purpose of preparing land title documents.
• Ensure accuracy in all measurements taken.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying/Geomatics or related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Surveyor (at least 5 years).
• Knowledge of surveying principles and practices including geometry, trigonometry, photogrammetry etc.
• Ability to operate advanced surveying equipment (GPS systems).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Salary: 1700 AED/month
