Barista – El-Ain

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have experience in the café industry and be passionate about coffee and customer service. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality and/or café industry
• Extensive knowledge of coffee making techniques, brewing methods, and coffee varieties
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights when needed
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written) is required
• Immigration status permitting employment in El-Ain is required.

Job Description:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing all types of coffee drinks, as well as operating the espresso machine. Your duties will also include stocking ingredients, cleaning the café area, serving customers with a friendly smile, taking orders accurately, cash handling, responding to customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner, and following health & safety regulations. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
