The successful candidate will be a great communicator with the ability to inspire students of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate should have excellent classroom management skills and be willing to work collaboratively with colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, preparation, delivery and assessment of learning activities in the classroom, ensuring that all pupils have equal access to educational opportunities. In this role you will need to maintain student records, evaluate progress and provide feedback in order to improve performance. You must also ensure that the curriculum is properly implemented and adhered to in order to meet the needs of all students.
